Cancellation Policy

Hair by Stephanie Stone is primarily a "by appointment" business; therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact on my schedule. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to book specific hair services. At the time of no call/no show, the deposit will not be refunded. I hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment. I do my best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to my cancellation policy. 

Unless otherwise stated, Hair by Stephanie Stone requires a 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame of your scheduled appointment will result in a kept deposit. A new payment will be required for any future appointments. 

All services rendered are non-refundable. In the event of a hair service readjustment, 7 days are given to notify Hair by Stephanie Stone of any concerns.
